ECOLOOP Research Presented at EUROSOIL 2025

From 8 to 12 September, ECOLOOP research was presented at EUROSOIL 2025 in Seville, Spain, one of the leading international events in soil science. Partners from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) showcased key findings related to the project’s work on sustainable soil management.

UPV researchers presented three posters focusing on the use of digestate to improve soil health and reduce erosion. The presentations addressed the effects of digestate particle size and application depth under simulated rainfall, the influence of temperature and particle size on soil properties, and the impact of organic bioproducts on soil health in loam and sandy loam soils.

The event provided a valuable platform to exchange knowledge with the international soil science community and to demonstrate how ECOLOOP contributes to sustainable land management practices.
